Cogoleto, defined "city of sport and olimpism", have many practiced sports and all of these events charcterized the whole year.

Many groups organize practical courses for tourists: sail (also for children), GOLF (in the new 18 holes court), tennis, mountain bike, immersions, rugby, soccer, basketball, volley, beach volley, swimming, martial arts.
